Sol y Mar are one of the few companies that have Spanish charter licences for their boats which allows them to operate legally in the Mediterranean.
We offer a service to fully code your boat under any flag to meet the requirements in Spain and obtain you a charter licence to operate legally within Spanish waters.
Boats which operate without a charter licence risk being heavily fined or in fact, in many cases, having their boats impounded by the local authorities.
Spanish & UK Boat Registration Service
Sol y Mar Marine can take care of the legal registration of your UK or Spanish boat, part 1 registration, name changes, change of ownership, or registration for Spanish charter.
Our services provide for any water going craft that has the correct paperwork. We can also deal with missing information to assist with completing any applications.
